How the Waitlist Works

The waitlist is now open. Please click the 2026 Meetup Waitlist Signup and sign up.

• Limited spots open up due to cancellations or increased capacity.

• Organizers notify waitlisted individuals in the order they signed up.

• Those notified usually have a short window to confirm their attendance.

• Once confirmed, attendees receive event details and ticket access.

Once you sign up for the waitlist, your position depends on when you registered. Organizers typically follow a first-come, first-served approach. Here’s what to expect next:

• Wait for notification: You will be contacted if a spot becomes available.

• Respond promptly: Confirm your attendance within the given timeframe.
